Wedding Vows 1
|
Here is just one example of the wedding vows you and your future spouse can use if you are at a loss for words when it comes to saying how you feel.
From Bride: I (name), in the presence of God, and before our family and friends, take you (husband’s name) to be my husband. I offer you (husband’s name) my solemn promise to be your faithful partner. I promise to love you and hold you in sickness and in health, in good times and in bad, in joy and in sorrow. I vow to love you without condition, to support you in your dreams, to respect you and to honor you, to laugh and to cry with you, and to cherish you with all of my heart for as long as we both shall live.
From Groom: I (name), in the presence of God, and before our family and friends, take you (bride’s name) to be my wife. I offer you (bride’s name) my solemn promise to be your faithful partner. I promise to love you and hold you in sickness and in health, in good times and in bad, in joy and in sorrow. I vow to love you without condition, to support you in your dreams, to respect you and to honor you, to laugh and to cry with you, and to cherish you with all of my heart for as long as we both shall live.
